Responsibilities:

• Analyzing marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Establishing targeted customer and industry partnership networks.
• Analyzing new market trends to increase the market share.
• Developing consumer-oriented marketing products and branding strategies.
• Incorporating emerging solutions and technological advancements in new products.
• Oversee and lead the Apparel back-end marketing team for the achievement of the functional deliverables.
• Preparation of Budgets and action plans to achieve the budgeted sale.
• Attend to customer complaints in liaising with the operation quality team and make sure that the customers are satisfied with the given solutions.
• Monitoring the mechanism from order placement to dispatch and ensuring the team follows system protocols and SOP’s.
• Ensure that agreed timelines are fully followed up to meet the 100% customer OTD

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, or similar.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a product marketing manager in a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer behavior sciences and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
• Advanced competency in researching market trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to identify strategic industry partnerships and build effective networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Involvement in an ERP implementation or working in an ERP environment is an added advantage.
