Job Description

We are looking for a positive and adaptive worker, Finance & Operations Intern to join our operations team. The role will be to support the Finance & Operation team in day to day tasks.

Your responsibilities will be as follow:

• Assisting the team in Quotation, Proposal and Contract Drafting
• Assisting in day-to-day administration activities
• Communicating with clients on Outstanding Follow Ups
• Assisting to organise and prepare agendas and papers for Internal and External meetings
• Recording and Distributing Meeting Minutes of Internal and External meetings
• Assisting the team on follow up activities with Internal and External parties
• Assisting in reconciliation of reports
• Coming up with a best suited work process

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business Management, Finance or similar area
• Proficiency in English
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
• Curious and Quick learner and ability to pick up new skills and self-train when necessary
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with Client level executives
