Key purpose of the Job

As the Pattern Technologist, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager – Technical. You will be responsible for pattern creation from development and grading through to bulk production, in line with the customer specifications, technical guidelines and TNA plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparing, plot and digitize patterns, develop samples, evaluate the samples for fit, and ensure that technical parameters are approved for new designs/concepts developed by the Design and Product Development team.
2. Preparing molding hats, evaluate and define depth and diameter collaborating with molding and fabric technician.
3. Understanding customer specifications and development of patterns in line with the TNA plan.
4. Working with internal stakeholders in providing pattern-related technical inputs and achievement of functional KPIs.
