We are looking for Associate Payroll Executive to join with our energetic team !!!

Responsibilities

• Processes company’s payroll every pay period
• Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
• Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
• Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
• Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
• Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law

Qualifications

– Should completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and finance

– Charted qualification / CIMA /AAT would be added advantage

– Good communication skills

– hands on experience on QB shall be extremely important

– has a good sense of numbers , able to see the big picture

– Methodical , organized & attention to details

– Focused on tasks carried out

– Able to meet deadlines

– working experience on payments / QB recording will be an added advantage
