Job Responsibilities:
- The installation, maintenance, configuration tasks that are performed to assure performance and uptime SLA commitments of the production systems.
- Implements best practice methods and procedures for continual improvement of the end to end support process.
- Maintain application level and OS Level security, Infrastructure Scaling, cost optimization.
- Engage with customer teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues within the deployment.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer Science preferred)
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experiences in the IT industry with minimum of 1 years’ experience in support/Devops
- Experience Supporting mission critical/high uptime systems is also desired.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Experience in working on Linux/Unix environments
- Experience in AWS/GCP cloud environment administration, Knowledge on kubernetes would be a plus point.
- Good Communication Skills, analytical skill.
- Needs to be a learn and adapt.
- Customer centric mindset.
