Job Responsibilities:

• The installation, maintenance, configuration tasks that are performed to assure performance and uptime SLA commitments of the production systems.
• Implements best practice methods and procedures for continual improvement of the end to end support process.
• Maintain application level and OS Level security, Infrastructure Scaling, cost optimization.
• Engage with customer teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues within the deployment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer Science preferred)
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experiences in the IT industry with minimum of 1 years’ experience in support/Devops
• Experience Supporting mission critical/high uptime systems is also desired.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in working on Linux/Unix environments
• Experience in AWS/GCP cloud environment administration, Knowledge on kubernetes would be a plus point.
• Good Communication Skills, analytical skill.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Customer centric mindset.
