Process Associate
Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze bank statements and recording Customer Receipts on daily basis.
- Daily Bank Reconciliations to 25-30 Accounts
- Email communication with respective parties/follow ups
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with the client and the team departments
Person Specifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office with knowledge in Excel.
- Part qualification in ACCA, CIMA or CMA
- Excellent communication skills English Language (Both spoken & written)
- Willingness to work on KSA Shift (10.30 am – 7.30 pm) and as per Kingdom of Saudi Arabia calendar.
- Willingness to work from Sunday to Thursday
