Job Mandate/Purpose
- Non Voice based non-technical process
Scope of the Role
- Live CHAT support team that respond to web-based customer inquiries and complaints
- Answer incoming customer contacts via live chat regarding product problems, and general customer concerns
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer complaint and provide the best solution
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Meeting SLA and TAT
- Meet the Productivity target
- Meet the attendance target
- Meet the internal Quality scores
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers
- Log and track all customer contacts using our internal systems
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, etc. and expose customers to the benefits of products, services, and upgrades to boost up the sale
Skill Set Required
- Typing 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong/Good written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office tools.
- Ability to multitasking effectively
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in any customer service organization(BPO Set UP)
- Minimum GCE A/L passed or any Non IT qualification(HND or certificate level)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
