Product Manager – DevOps
Role Profile
- Define and lead the product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge and define the product roadmap
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis in the market, locally, regionally, and globally and validate the product strategy and roadmap to be competitive and market-driven.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to prioritize the deliverables and timely execute the roadmap to achieve set revenue targets.
- Work with sales to obtain information pertaining to client requirements during the bidding stage, research, review and incorporate those enhancements in the product roadmap
- Partner with the marketing team to define product marketing strategy and operationalize product marketing activities to ensure expected return on investment is achieved.
- Provide leadership and direction for the product team by providing technical exposure, consultation, upskilling, and L&D to improve the current knowledge and skills.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Professional qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
- 2 to 3 years of product management experience building SaaS products with minimum 5 years’ experience in the IT industry
- Experience working with a high-performing team of software engineers, using agile software development practices
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
