Role Profile

• Responsible to define product positioning, product vision, long-term and short-term product strategy and product roadmap aligning with the company vision and strategy
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis & work with external consultants to understand insights into latest industry and technology trends on the product vertical and incorporate those to the product roadmaps aligning with the product strategy
• Review, justify and incorporate the inputs from the cross functional teams and the customers to enhance the current product
• Assist Product Analyst for translating the product strategy & roadmap into actionable tasks and work with cross-functional agile teams to execute those requirements
• Work with the relevant stakeholders and organize product demos and workshops
• Drive product marketing activities and assist in preparing marketing collaterals
• Responsible for the development and upskilling the Product Analyst to for their career growth and to deliver quality product materials

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Professional qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
• 6 years of total experience out of which 3 to 4 years product management experience building VAS and Telecommunication products.
• Experience working with a high-performing team of software engineers, using agile software development practices
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Experience delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
