Project Manager
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Bachelor’s degree/masters in Computer Science or a related field
- 2 – 4 years industry experience in a similar capacity
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Hands-on coding experience would be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand project deliverables and clearly define the scope of the project
- Provide the team with direction and set the right expectations
- Carryout project duration and effort estimations
- Strategically plan team structure and staffing needs
- Schedule activities and tasks and delegate effectively
- Identify the unanticipated risks that may occur during the project and take risk reduction actions to cope up with the risks
- Effectively liaise with clients, the team and other stakeholders
- Guide and mentor team members
