Project Manager/ Scrum Master
We are looking for a Project Manager/ Scrum Master to guide our development teams. You will be a part of our energetic team delivering software across the globe.
What you have to do:
- Lead & guide the team using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective
- Plan sprints, remove impediments & provide the required reports to the stakeholders
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to make them understand the project’s progress
We are looking for:
- A team player and a people’s person
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (Information Technology) or Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred
- A certified scrum master
- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
