Project Officer (Electrocatalysis & Device Fabrications)
The School of Materials Science & Engineering (MSE) invites applications for the position of Project Officer (PO).
The project will focus on electrocatalyst development, electrochemical fundamentals and related device fabrications. The PO will join an electrocatalysis team, and assist in preparing electrocatalysts, material characterization and analysis, and fabricating electrochemical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material synthesis for electrocatalyst development.
- Material characterization and analysis
- Prototype electrochemical device design and fabrication.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrochemistry, Chemistry, chemical and mechanical engineering, polymer or related fields.
- Experience in material synthesis and characterization is required
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good coordination/project management skills
- Able to take initiative to improve processes and troubleshoot problems
- Able to organize well and adhere to deadlines
