Public Relations Officer
The role includes:
- Welcoming and assisting all vistitors to the university
- Ensuring effective handling of day today calls and walk-in students
- Updating and maintaining daily records other documentations
- Managing the front of house of the university
- Assisiting teams with activities and events
- Other related tasks
Qualifications and experience:
- Completion of a degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent level of expertise gained from experience
- Excellent communication skills (especially verbal) in English and at least Sinhala or Tamil
- Strong customer focus on both internal and external customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literacy (e.g. student information system or database, or customer relationship management systems) and experience
- Demonstrated initiative, commitment and accountability towards achieving results
- Experience in working in an international education environment is desirable
