Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior
Responsibilities
§Planning, prioritizing, coordinating testing activities & identify, record and track system bugs.
§Collaborate with Product and Development teams to discuss system enhancements.
§Write and execute test plans based on analysis of system enhancements.
§Provide support and training for required groups.
§Work closely with Test Automation team & assist as required.
§Document testing procedures and methodologies.
§Research and resolve Production Support cases in a timely manner.
§Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Qualification
§Bachelor’s degree required and 4.5+ years of quality assurance testing experience is required.
§Experience writing test plans and test results reports.
§Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts.
§Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
§Ability to work through complex system issues with creative mindset.
§Knowledge of EDI a plus.
§Supply chain knowledge or experience is a plus.
