Quality Assurance Engineer – Automation
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and discuss the potential risk or benefit involved in using the specified technology solution to address the project requirements
- Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, and project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively
- Understand a project’s scope and create documents for project requirements
- Hold technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Ability to work to deadlines, understanding the value and importance of milestone achievement
- Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
- Creating a project plan that outlines the scope, timelines, and resources required to complete the project
- Managing the project team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support
- Monitor the project’s progress and identify areas for improvement to ensure that future projects are delivered more efficiently
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Project Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills and support for project delivery
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management, processes, strategies and methods
