We are looking for a competent, dynamic, self-motivated candidate to join our Quality Assurance team to meet our delivery expectations. We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Quality Assurance Lead. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for:

Planning, creating, and managing test approach for assigned projects
Designing functional and regression test cases
Web and Mobile Testing
Performing UI, Functional, Regression, and Smoke Testing
Building test automation suits for Web and Mobile applications
Conducting performance testing and API testing
Reviewing user stories, data artifacts, and providing feedback
Actively participating in design reviews
Independently managing test activities including testing, defect reporting and defect re-testing
Providing timely feedback and proactively planning to achieve quality milestones
Coordinating with customers for clarifications and issues
End User Training and Release Management

The ideal candidate should possess:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in manual and automation testing
Experience working with automation frameworks and automating test cases using Appium, Selenium web driver, Protractor, or similar tools
Experience in API testing, Apache JMeter and be conversant in DevOps development practices and Test Management tools
Sound knowledge of OOP concepts, coding standards and API Testing
Knowledge on Software Quality Assurance and testing
Experience in Agile and Scrum
