Grand Apartments (Pvt) Ltd, A leading construction company in Sri Lanka is pleased to invite applications for the post of Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements / Responsibilities :
- Well Experienced in AutoCAD Software.
- Well Experienced in Microsoft Excel as well as in other office package software including MS Project.
- Understanding of Geometric Drawings, should be able to read & understand mech drawings (top, front, CS, etc.)
- Should be able to prepare as built drawings.
- Knowledge in Preparation and verification of Main bills, Sub bills, Measurements and estimates of basic and architectural designs.
Qualifications :
The Ideal candidate should have completed BSc in QS and minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed construction firm.
