Recruiting Intern

A recruiting intern is responsible for assisting the human resources department with recruiting processes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting onboarding procedures. Recruiting interns create job postings on the organization’s job boards and other online platforms under the guidance of their supervisor or tenured recruitment staff, ensuring the accuracy of qualifications and requirements based on the guidelines set by hiring managers of different departments.
