Reservations Executive

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Reservations, to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, the much-anticipated US$1 Billion – Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is added to its portfolio, opening in late 2022. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

The Executive, Reservations will ensure smooth and efficient service to guests and clients through prompt, effective and high-quality services to ensure a great guest experience and the highest levels of guest satisfaction. You will attend to guests’ and business partners’ queries, requests and complaints with the highest service standards while maintaining professionalism and courteousness on all telephone, email, and digital media communications as per the company’s standards. This role will ensure all reservations are carried out in compliance with established processes and procedures with full and clear information with the highest accuracy. You will contribute to revenue growth by converting inquiries into bookings and being aware of all the upselling opportunities.

Are you a good listener passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience? Do you possess knowledge of Hotel PMS, CRM Systems & OTA?
