Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic female candidate for the Sales Coordinator Cum Administrator position who can provide and ensure the smooth functioning of all the back office administrative and support functions in the Spare Parts Marketing Department.

Key Requirements:

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Handle telephone calls, emails, and quotation requests from clients
Supplier coordination & import handling
Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense and new business data
Tender document preparation, submission tenders, quotation preparations
Support to the sales team for the sales operations
Store Electronic data, and prepare reports whenever requested
Analysis of sales targets of the team, report preparations
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Skills & Qualifications:

Part qualification in CIM/SLIM or any other similar professional qualification from a recognized institute
Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar capacity
Having a sound IT literacy (MS. Office package) is essential
Fluent in Sinhala & English
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
