Sales Marketing Executive
Be responsible to reach and exceed personal sales quota and formulate a sales strategy and vision for each business line and competitive analysis in support of sales planning process.
Responsibilities
• Reach and exceed the budgeted Gross profit target for the given year under the each business line
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the own accounts
• Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Be responsible for overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Updating the sales funnel on daily basis and updating the Management on weekly sales meetings
• Be responsible for clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Be responsible for preparing reports on account status
• Collaborate with Business Heads to identify and enhance opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Be responsible for generating sales leads that develop into new customers
• identify and assess customers’ needs and retain the existing customers
• Be responsible for building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Weekly monitor the newspapers and other media to identify new Tender/Bidding opportunities related to business sector.
• Preparation of stranded business proposals.
Qualifications
• Part qualification in SLIM/CIM
• 1+ years of proven track record in IT industry
• Proven ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships across various workgroups (Business, Operational, Technical)
• Basic understanding of IT technology as it relates to platforms
• Customer-oriented with excellent service mindset and business acumen
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
