Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and products.
• Conduct various market research to identify potential business partnerships, market segments, and lead generation channels.
• Schedules virtual or in-person appointments/meetings and demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management while answering questions from clients. (Experience in zoom or Google meet or Microsoft teams would be an added advantage)
• Develop marketing content including Social Media posts and other digital designs.
• Prepare sales proposals and present or share them with customers.
• Track sales data and make sure to meet monthly sales targets.

Essential Requirements

• A passion for sales and marketing.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English are mandatory.
• A Diploma or higher level qualification in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing field (Preferably in the Digital/IT sector).
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
