The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and management of all the sales activities of the assigned unit and to maintain close business relationships with Agency staff to ensure the achievement of sales targets/activities

Job Accountabilities

• Support the development of the business plans of the sales unit
• Ensure the desired volume of referral leads are generated
• Visit customers and promote identified Company financial plans with unit staff when necessary and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Develop sales strategies to achieve the set business targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales services

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ of Sales management or Team Management experience Will be an Advantage
• Complete IBSL exam(Related to Insurance Industry ) Will be an Advantage
• Age Below 50
• Experience hiring and training individuals
• O\L or A\L
