Job Purpose

This role will report directly to the Head, Regional Operations and is the main point-of-contact for all issues regarding Business units demand, consolidation, performance management and key interface for strategic sourcing and PRPO operation units

Key Accountabilities

a) For Supply Chain Management Operations supporting all Business Units across edotco footprint
•    Review and register material and vendor master information
•    Assist in finalizing contract for post tender and contract renewal activity
•    Review PRPO to ensure PO information is correct and complete supporting documents are in place.
•    To support in checking compliance related due diligence documentations are in place across Business Units.
•    Liaise with partner management on the action items on supplier performance management activities.

b) For Supply Chain Management Sourcing:
•    Study requirements shared by shareholders, conduct spends analysis and determine the right sourcing approach
•    Conduct RFx exercise starting from requirement gathering, develop RFx documents, conduct evaluation process and negotiation up to contract execution

Qualifications & Experience

•    A recognized Bachelor Degree or at least 4 years’ experience in Procurement Functions
•    Strong understanding in procurement process and procedures
•    Possess good writing and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•    Prior working experience in Telecommunication Industry will be an added advantage
