Senior Automation Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/masters in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience of functional testers including Test Estimation for Automation, Test Planning for Automation, Test Design for Automation, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting
- Experience in Functional Test Automation with tools such as Selenium & Java
- Experience in web services testing (SOAP Rest services)
- Sound knowledge of OOP concepts and Automation frameworks development and maintenance
- Hands on experience with SOAP and XML (XPATH, Namespaces)
- Conduct Peer/Lead review on Automation scripts
- Has experience in Java application testing
- Experience in Test Data Management (designs, creates, and maintains test data as needed to support quality testing)
- Hands on experience of PLSQL and knowledge in database concepts such as SQL
- Experience in Web Service Automation (RESTSOAP) with at least any one of SOAP UI Postman or Rest Assured framework
- Sound knowledge in CICD implementations
- Experience in AWS will be an added advantage
- Ensures QA processes and standards are being followed and met
- Responsible for providing daily/weekly status reports that includes project quality
