We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to manage startup projects and help build enterprise mobile & web applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in the Software Development domain.
• Project manager/scrum master role experience will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information technology, Software Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Hands-on experience with User Stories and a sound understanding of UML, UI/UX/wireframe designing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication: confident speaker active listener and good writing skills.
• Creativity: the ability to think independently and propose innovative solutions.
• Practical time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• A ‘CAN DO’ attitude and a team player.

JOB ROLE

• Undertake methodical investigations, analysis, brainstorming, review and documentation of existing or proposed business processes.
• Engage with Australian clients for requirement elicitation, technical consultation, problem solving and other periodic communications.
• Assist with project planning, product backlog and UAT in an agile software development environment.
• Work with various existing mobile & web technologies and keep up to date with new technologies in the industry.
• Collaborate with the development, quality assurance and designing teams to ensure that the built solutions meet client expectations.
• Help startup clients with market positioning of their ideas across various domains: charity, healthcare, travel, telecommunications and media.
