Senior Consultant – HCM Jobs at John Keells Information Technology in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The Senior Consultant – HCM will be responsible for:

• Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions i.e., identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements
• Facilitating workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes, and objectives and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy the needs of clients
• Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing of SAP HCM services, identifying gaps, issues, and capabilities to provide work around solutions
• Liasing with the client for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a similar capacity with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar job role, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in core areas of SAP HCM with key focus on implementing and supporting SAP HCM core modules especially payroll and Time Management for UAE
• Knowledge on SAP development tools including SAP HCM Workbench, integration capabilities using SAP will be an added advantage
• Experience in supporting the core application areas of SAP HCM i.e., Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management and Payroll, and custom applications related to them
• A certification in SAP Developments which will be an added advantage
• Experience in UAE HCM implementation and support which will be a definite advantage
