Role Description:
*Responsible for support SLAs
*Manage junior engineers and guide them
*Manage DevOps functions
*Day-to-day support operations
*On call rotation
Key Skills:
*Hands on experience Cloud Kubernetes environments(GKE)
*Apache/Tomcat/Nginx/Nagios
*Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL
*Experience setting security/backup and incident management
*Hands on experience with Virtualized Linux deployments
*Experience with API and web services
*Automation Skills Ex: bash, python etc. Scripting Deep analytical and problem-solving Skills
Background and academic
*2+ years’ experience support role or DevOps role
*IT or Engineering degree from a reputed university
*Cloud/Linux certification
