• Experience in trouble shooting issues in production systems
• Experience in Linux and various command line tools such as grep/awk/etc
• Critical analytics, review and problem-solving skills
• Experience and knowledge in one or more scripting languages such as bash/python/perl
• Hands on experience in Cloud environments
• Strong communication skills and ability articulate well for the technical or non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work with cross functionalities teams
• 3+ years’ experience

Preferred/nice to have.

• Ability to understand and do changes in code written in Java
• Knowledge in java profiling and debugging tools
• Knowledge in Kubernetes
• Knowledge/Experience in high availability, failovers, disaster recovery, performance tuning, various data bases
• Hands on experience WSO2 product stack
• Basic knowledge on profiling, remote debugging
• Experience/knowledge in ansible, terraform, helm charts, jenkins
