We are seeking for a Senior Engineer – Network & Comms who is a high achieving individual, a team player with a passion for technology. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical leadership & support for technically high complex network related issues for MOQdigital and its clients

Here’s a sneak peek into what you’ll spend your time doing:
• To play a leading role in resolving technically complex Network related incidents and establishing industry best practices
• Be responsible for case ownership and resolve tasks in a timely manner, adhering to MOQ standards, SLAs and client expectations.
• Adhere to ITL processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management and at times Major Incident Management.
• Guiding & mentoring cloud engineers with technical input
What we’re looking for in our next awesome human:
• To act as a subject matter expert on multiple technical domains related to Networking.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Senior Network Engineer role. (2+ years’ experience post CCNP if possible)
• At least one vendor certification (CCNP / PCNSE / CCSA / CNMA)
• Experience in cloud technologies ( Azure Certification AZ 104 / AZ 200 / AZ 500 are desired)
• Experience & knowledge in Wireless Networking will be an additional qualification
• Active Directory and Windows Server knowledge, specifically DHCP, DNS, AD/FS, Hyper-V.
• Demonstrable PowerShell abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Azure, Intune, SCCM and/or AWS knowledge is desirable.
• Knowledge and exposure to an MSP ticketing system such as Service Now, Zendesk, Cherwell.
• Be able to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment where no 2 days are the same.
• Excellent prioritisation, diagnosis and root cause analysis skills.
• We require Australian Working Rights for this position.
• Due to our ISO27001 Compliance, we require all staff to have a clean criminal record, we will facilitate a police check upon acceptance of an offer.
