Senior Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable)

Responsibilities
Student Finance
- Assist in billing related activities to students and sponsor companies
- Ensure receipts are promptly updated to billing system
- Process refunds to students and ensure timely disbursement of scholarships, loans and other awards
- Monitor outstanding debts and be responsible for annual bad debt provision and write-off proposal and approvals
- Handle internal and external auditors’ queries
Reconciliation and Reporting
- Responsible for dissemination and consolidation of monthly Aging Report to and from Schools, Departments and Centers for comments.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and balance sheet review schedules
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting requests and statistic reports
Other general and ad-hoc duties
- Handle queries from students, parents or other schools and departments stakeholders via emails, calls and ServiceNow platform
- Provide support and contribute to any ad-hoc projects and enhancements
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Reporting Officer that may arise from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Equivalent Qualification in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Service oriented, meticulous and proactive
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in MS Excel and IT savvy with using different systems
