Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Group Counselling is responsible for working within the Vision, Mission, and Philosophy of Brandix, adhering to all ethical and confidentiality principles. Provide administrative support to the Group Consultant Psychologist and Counselling teams in an effective and efficient manner, including assisting in special projects, collecting and compiling reports, creating & conducting surveys and analyzing various data as needed, as well as other assigned duties. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Group Consultant Psychologist in delivering the group-wide counselling strategy for staff and associates
2. Ability to think critically to initiate new strategies for the growth of the Counselling & Mental Wellbeing program
3. Ensure up to date maintenance of information, collection of data and compiling of reports, as required as well as creating & conducting surveys and analyzing various data as needed
4. Liaise with the relevant internal and external stakeholders for administrative support, project assistance, coordinate and schedule meetings, collect information required for reports, etc.
5. Prepare monthly report analysis, and Counselling team score card calculation
6. Working with cross functional teams as required

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant field. A diploma or any qualification in Psychology / Counselling, will be an added advantage

Experience

3-4 years of relevant experience
Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil fluency will be an added advantage)
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) is mandatory
