Senior Executive HR – Performance Management & Employee Engagement
Principle Accountabilities
To manage LB Finance performance management concepts, processes and systems.
To execute periodic performance management cycle in compliance with the policy
guidelines and business requirements.
Ensure the timely objective settings are done in coordination with the line management.
Communicate and train staff on performance management processes and standards to create awareness.
Upgrade and enhance performance management software effectively to facilitate the
performance management process.
Drive LB Finance performance programs across all branches, increasing participation
and positive outcomes associated with more frequent and meaningful conversations between managers and employees.
Maintain and develop organization’s skill matrix, competency frame and job descriptions.
Understand the skill gaps and provide inputs to strategic & tactical training plan of the company.
Prepare & execute employee engagement plan.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
Hands on experience in HRIS performance management module is a must.
Degree in human resources management or fully qualified in PQHRM.
Experience with analyzing data and presenting concepts to executives through storytelling
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to speak Tamil would be an added advantage.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
A team player with positive attitude who must be able to work in a professional fast-placed environment.
Have a strong commercial and business acumen.
