Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the end-to-end process in recruiting and sourcing the right talent for the diverse set of functional disciplines in the organization whilst maintaining and updating the Recruitment dashboard and recruitment metrics
  • Connect with Business Partnering teams to understand the competency and development gaps and provide related solutions in terms of Learning and Development in order to drive the business.
  • Drive the performance management process at MAS Capital and MAS Holdings by ensuring all employee (E Above) are aligned to the group guidelines with goals and objectives set for the calendar year on the system with reviews been conducted by line managers with required feedback.
  • Drive key people strategies in order to Attract, Develop and Retain employees across MCAP/MHOLD.
  • Assist in LRP and Budgets for MCAP/MHOLD and help to ensure accuracy and quality through consistent follow ups with all HODs and LMs.
  • Implementation of the organization design/structure project (Korn Ferry) at MAS Capital & MAS Holdings
  • Maintain organization charts and Job Descriptions for all functional areas with periodic updates on changes.
  • Connect with functional heads and teams to understand and support their HR Business requirements. Support the team to drive the organizational health and engagements initiatives.

 

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources along with CIMA or a finance qualification would be an added advantage.
  • A Minimum of 2 – 3 year’s relevant experience including sound knowledge in applied labour regulations.
  • Good communications skills with a proficiency in English and Sinhala.
  • IT Literate and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and diligence in whatever task assigned.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quick to adapt to environments.
