Senior Executive Payroll & HR Operations
Senior Executive Payroll & HR Operations will broadly support the following:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently in partnership with internal local as well as global stakeholders and in collaboration with the payroll service provider
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Developing ad hoc reporting as needed
- Implement, improve, maintain, and review payroll systems/processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, allowances and other deductions in a timely and accurate manner
- Performs other duties as assigned within HR Operations
- Maintaining payroll and HR operations by following policies and procedures and line with local regulations as well as statutory obligations
- Facilitate audits by provide record and documentation to auditors and ensure that payroll and responsibilities assigned in HR operation meet internal and external compliance requirements
- Meeting employee service requests on time and accurately whilst ensuring the best possible employee experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience/knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing/reconciling, internal controls and supporting a mid to large scale monthly payroll
- Experience in HR operations / service delivery
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to deal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and is easily adaptable to the use of technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent in customer care
- Excellent skills in team collaboration and resilience to change
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of related experience

- Ability to contribute effectively in a hybrid/remote work setting
