Key purpose of the Job

As Senior Executive – Quality Assurance, you will be reporting to the Manager – Quality Assurance. You will ensure that orders are delivered to the customer, in line with the quality requirement and as per plan. You will mitigate production related risks by providing innovative technical solutions during the pre-production and production process, ensuring timely delivery and overall quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Quality Assurance process for a relevant shift or a series of production lines assigned to you
2. Ensure that orders are delivered to the customer, as per the quality requirement of the customer and on time
3. Monitor all buyer standards and ensure accurate garment construction with minimal rejects and write-offs prior to external final inspection
4. Be responsible for the shipment pass rate as per pre-defined targets and be jointly responsible for the achievement of production and shipment targets

5. Highlight and act upon any deviation from prescribed quality standards and develop, maintain and implement quality systems, processes and procedures

6. Be solution-oriented and ensure needle point quality standards as a key deliverable

7. Work very closely with the Production, Finishing and Technical teams, and liaise with other cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of business objectives
