Senior Executive, Sales Operations
Job Purpose
• Sales Performance Management
– Administering, managing and reporting on pipeline forecast forecasting and analysts
– Running KPI reports such as the weekly sales forecast, weekly/monthly/quarterly pipeline report, and pipeline velocity
• Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system

Key Accountabilities
• Partner with Sales to refine lead qualification process, analyse & report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
• Partnering with Sales Directors to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly content for Management Committee presentations & Sales Pipeline reporting
• Managing and maintaining sales data in Microsoft Dynamic CRM
• Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales team
• Track and analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
• Set up dashboards and reports, both in CRM and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement
• Identify, build and manage additional sales tools/systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration
• Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders
• Monitor & tracking Pricing Approval SLA and analyse / understand trending of Pricing approval (vs deal close ratio, bid repair trend/reason & etc)
• Provide guidance, training and support to NTCs on Opportunity to Contract Process & procedures
• Support Sales activities within Group Commercial Management

• Existing and potential vendors relate to Sales Operations (system / service provider)
Type and length of experience required
• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree
• 7 years relevant experience integrating & supporting sales business process
• 2-5 years managing user experience & adoption in CRM and surrounding applicable; deep understanding CRM applicable model, architecture and data structures
• Demonstrate knowledge of Sales Business Processes including forecasting & KPI setting, and lead to order funnels
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, a high-degree of efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, Planview PPM Pro/Anaplan preferred
• Technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM & familiar with sales process and governance
• High proficiency in English – written and spoken
• Good interpersonal, communication skill, planning abilities & multitasking
• Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
• Highly organized with attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills to ensre timeliness.
