Senior Human Resources Business Partner

REQUIRED EXPERINCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Master’s degree in human resources or relevant qualification.
• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software’s (including payroll systems and ATS).
• Solid understanding of labor legislation.
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
• Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Comfortable with executing and performing with a high-volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves”.
• Ability to be proactive in identify problems and driving appropriate solutions.
• Ability to dive deep, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement through a true hands-on approach
