Help us build solutions driven by world-class AI! We are looking for a product specialist to help deliver our award-winning technology into powerful solutions for our customers, across a range of industries.

As a product specialist in the AI group within R&D, you would be a key bridge between domain expertise and the technology and algorithms needed for successful implementations. You would be responsible for:

• Analyzing business requirements and designing new functionality based on the tools and frameworks available in the Automation team
• Understanding the viability and value of new AI-based use cases
• Creating documentation, presentation, and training material
• Engaging with requirement owners and other stakeholders from across the business and our customers
• Verifying and validating software functionality in all phases of software development
• Sharing knowledge, guiding, and training colleagues
• Helping to build user trust of AI products through Explainable AI.

Due to IFS’s commitment to creating customer solutions, it’s not a prerequisite for our AI and Automation product specialist to have deep technical knowledge of fields such as machine learning, although we would expect you to have a passion for AI and innovation.

We are looking for people who have:

• A passion for building new and innovative enterprise solutions, aligned with experience working with a technical product set.
• An enthusiastic attitude and proactivity when faced with challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and ideally experience collaborating internationally.
• The ability to distil complex technical ideas into solutions for a non-technical audience.
• Experience as an evangelist or thought leader for disruptive solutions.
• A university degree or equivalent professional qualifications.

Experience of AI, IoT or other automation-supporting technologies would also be very beneficial.
