Senior QA Engineer
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Full-fledged web application functionality testing to confirm deliverable requirements are met.
- Testing API interfaces (Postman, SoapUI)
- DB level verifications, ability to write complex SQL statements.
- Test design, test scenario/ test case preparation and maintain the traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Understanding of test environment (SIT, UAT), release management, build deployment and version controlling.
- Test prioritization, execution (functional, regression), results and status reporting during the execution cycle
- Well understanding of defect management and cycle, defect reporting/tracking using tools (Jira)
- Understanding and project experience in Agile/ scrum-based testing engagements (principles of Agile testing, testing methodologies etc.)
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium Web driver, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman and Appium
- Familiar with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins/Bamboo
- Experience with distributed source control systems such as Bitbucket/Git
- Experience with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ
Nice to have:
- Mobile application (iOS and Android) testing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of latest frameworks like Serenity

- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in remote way and still create an impressive impact with the stakeholders.
- Ability to interact effectively with customer roles and manage stakeholders.
- Willing to learn, ability to grasp and good attitude to work in a team environment is a must.
