Senior QA Engineer
The Job
- Identify and plan all tests such as Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, Migration Testing, Load Testing, regression testing and that are to be performed in projects to meet project requirements.
- Plan tests to verify and ensure that the system meets its design specifications and other requirements.
- Analyze the system and technical requirement specifications and write test cases.
- Execute test cases and maintain test results to maintain the accuracy level of the test.
- Perform effective test management / defect tracking / defect management.
- Ensure complaints / issues related to systems are resolved within given SLA’s (DFix/ CRM Support)
- Responsible to provide maximum system support for internal / external stake holders to ensure mechanisms are in place for consistent service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and system availability to maintain the expected quality and the standardization of the system.
The Person
- Degree in IT from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification.
- Sound knowledge of CRM, Billing systems support, or complaint management.
- Excellent quality assurance skills.
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior or Leadership capacity.
- Previous exposure to Selenium/ Webdriver/ Java/ Appium/Postman / JMeter etc.
- Knowledge of Cl/ CD and supporting tools.
- Good knowledge of API, Performance, and DB testing.
- Experience with driving Test Automation within an Agile Development Process — Test Design, Test Scripting.
- Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
