Senior QA Engineer
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 3+ year(s) experience
- 3+ year(s) experience in software Engineering
- Good understanding on basic QA practice
- Knowledge in testing concept and model
- Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
- Hands on experience in test automation (Selenium)
- Basic knowledge of oop concept
- Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
- Practice best QE guideline define by the QE department
- Work with engineers to understand business requirement
- Work with Ass. QA lead to understand the technical specification
- Participate requirement review session and log clarification for unambiguity requirement
- Peer review
- Functional test case writing, execution & Defect management
- If automation, scripting, and trouble shoot
- Support Associate Lead to prepare test plan
- Identify non-functional requirement & support for NFR strategy
- Drive System Integration Testing
- UAT document preparation and UAT demo
- Follow Agile process
- On-time delivery
- Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation
