Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 3+ year(s) experience
• 3+ year(s) experience in software Engineering
• Good understanding on basic QA practice
• Knowledge in testing concept and model
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
• Hands on experience in test automation (Selenium)
• Basic knowledge of oop concept
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
• Practice best QE guideline define by the QE department
• Work with engineers to understand business requirement
• Work with Ass. QA lead to understand the technical specification
• Participate requirement review session and log clarification for unambiguity requirement
• Peer review
• Functional test case writing, execution & Defect management
• If automation, scripting, and trouble shoot
• Support Associate Lead to prepare test plan
• Identify non-functional requirement & support for NFR strategy
• Drive System Integration Testing
• UAT document preparation and UAT demo
• Follow Agile process
• On-time delivery
• Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation
