What you will do in this role:
- Ability to handle work under pressure and Constrained timelines.
- Contribute to defining of test strategies and test planning.
- Perform test design and the development of test scenarios.
- Design, develop and execute Performance Test Scripts.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
- Perform test execution, analyze test results and communicate test results.
- Mentor, train, and lead a team of Quality Engineers.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Related Field.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge in software testing processes, practices, and test design techniques.
- Experience in performance testing using Jmeter.
- Experience in test automation using open-source tools such as Selenium.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD would be an added Advantage.
- Knowledge in API Testing would be an added advantage.
