Senior Sales Engineer

H2O1 is a Singapore headquartered Water Engineering company with offices in Sri Lanka. We are a highly regarded solutions provider for Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment and Solid Waste Management with a fast growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Presenting and promoting company products & services for Small and Medium Enterprises along with Multinational Corporations (SME & MNC)
• Following up on existing clientele and cater to their needs and requirements
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive B2C and B2B relationships
• Expected to travel to locations to market company products & services
• Successfully meet sales KPI’s set by management
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Coordinate & Assist with design team for proposal preparation and submission
• Coordinate & Assist with upper management and on the ground team to ensure client satisfaction on projects
• Prepare weekly performance reports for upper management
• Build and maintain relationships with foreign partners, contractors and principals

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in relevant Marketing or Engineering Field is expected (foreign degree holders encouraged to apply)
• Minimum 2 year prior experience in sales or marketing
• Having experience in the water/wastewater related industry will be an added advantage
• Valid driving license and ability to frequently travel
• Fluent in speaking English and Sinhala, ability to speak in Tamil will be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
