Senior Social Media Manager for Astralis

How you’ll make an impact

    • Be the social champion for Xero in the UK/EMEA.
    • Responsible for content and engagement across a multiple social channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and blogs, as well as emerging channels and opportunities.
    • Execute a world class organic social media strategy working in close consultation with our social media, global communications, and marketing teams.
    • Report on social and community analytics and check that these connect or align with agreed key performance indicators.
    • Share reporting, trends, and insights with key executives and stakeholders keeping them informed and engaged.
    • Expansion of regional Audience/Followers.
    • Measured increase of regional brand awareness.

What you’ll bring

    • Experience in marketing, comms, campaign or community management and running social media/community for a brand.
    • A strong understanding of the social media landscape.
    • Experience producing and delivering proactive and reactive content.
    • Create great content at pace whilst adhering to style guides, templates and compliance tools.
    • Confidence in managing multiple projects and priorities and presenting to key stakeholders.
    • Comfort using analytic tools.

Success looks like

    • Drive quarter over quarter growth in social engagement KPI’s (comments, reactions, and shares, etc.).
    • Continued activation/enhancement of employee advocacy and social selling programs.
    • Implementation of regional content planning/calendar for increased content production.
    • Expansion of regional Audience/Followers.
    • Measured increase of regional brand awareness.
