A relatively young and upcoming organization with HQ based in Melbourne Australia and a development center in Colombo, 3rive technologies has been on a significant growth trajectory backed by recent funding and an array of large scale ASX & NASDAQ listed client projects. We are now at an exciting stage and looking for a high caliber individual with a proven track record and expertise in Software Development.

Objectives of this Role

• Write well structured and clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, API integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Translate complex technical and functional requirements into detailed designs
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 5+ years solid experience in Software Development.
• Proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps.
• Experience in JS, ReactJs, TypeScript and other front-end technologies.
• Experience in JAVA is an added advantage.
• Experience in Git workflow
• Able to write well structured and clean code.
• Experience in CI / CD practices.
• Willingness to learn new programming paradigms, languages and technologies
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies & practices.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Embraces teamwork with a positive mindset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
