Senior Software Engineer – React

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems.
• Industry experience of 2+ years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in producing architectural diagrams and documentation.
• Deep understanding of Software Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Should be competent in ES6+ JavaScript & Java 8+ and TypeScript.
• Strong development experience in React, React Native & Spring boot frameworks.
• Proficient knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL.
• Ability to perform Unit Testing and UI Testing for mobile apps.
• Excellent knowledge of version control (Git).
• React Native UI customization – ensuring the user experience is consistent in both Android and IOS.
• Performance Optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and extending new and existing product features and platforms.
• Collaborating with the product designer and backend development teams.
• Delivering high-quality App builds through code reviews and mentoring.
• Helping enhance the reusable web and mobile development frameworks and their components to speed up feature releases.
• Planning for engineering backlogs, code cleanup, and maintenance to keep updated with the latest technology.
• Mentor other team members in software design and development best practices providing coaching and coding feedback aligning with best practices.
• Collaborate with quality engineering and solution management teams for capacity planning and Program Increment (PI) planning.
