We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Solutions Developer. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Senior Solutions Developer – Robotic Process Automation will be responsible for:

Analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities and assessing automation feasibility
Effort estimates, solution design and technical documentation
Solution implementation and maintenance
Guiding and mentoring the junior team members
Liaising with the customers and other stake holders

The ideal candidate should possess:

A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or the equivalent, with 3 to 4 years of experience in Automation, candidates with a QA background are encouraged to apply
An in-depth understanding of RPA, IPA, SPA tools and their capabilities (UiPath, Work fusion, blue prism, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
Scripting knowledge (java, excel macros/VB Scripting, JavaScript, Perl, Groovy)
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal communication skills and leadership skills
