Job Overview

Senior Tech Lead

The ideal candidate should be able to,

• Use agile/scrum methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions
• Work cohesively in a fast-paced developments
• Take ownership and responsibilities
• Initiate design patterns and best practices

Basic requirements,

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Software Engineering
• Sound knowledge of unit tests, Integration tests and end-to-end-tests
• Knowledge in Backend systems and how to consume its services

Must have

• Advanced knowledge and experience in TypeScript (3+ years), Modern JavaScript and Node.js
• Sound knowledge in React (with React Design Patterns), Next.js
• Working experience with React.js at least 3 years
• Basics of AWS cloud developments
• Knowledge and working experience with CSS/SCSS and must be able to write and understand CSS
• Proper understanding of CI/CD and knowing how to implement a frontend deployment-pipeline
• Experience in GIT

Nice to have

• Working experience with other frontend libraries (Angular, Vue.js)
• Tailwind CSS
• Bit Cloud
• SEO
• Containers (Docker)
• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics Jest
• Use Agile/Scrum methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions

Soft Skills (Must have)

• Good English with clear communication, articulation and not afraid to open mouth
